Workshop Campaign — Turn Your Music Into Screen Gold
We built a community-first campaign that turned industry know-how into attendance: poster system, A5, emailer, and RSVP flow. The team needed a clear, welcoming way to invite KZN creatives into the world of publishing, sync, and production music — minus the alphabet soup. We translated the brief into a simple promise and a repeatable visual system.
Brief
Promote a Production Music & Licensing Workshop at the UKZN Centre for Jazz (Wed, 11 Sept 2025, 11:00–13:00).
Assets required: digital/print flyer (A5), one-pager, mobile emailer, and a quick RSVP path. Tone: professional, accessible, community-focused.
Audience Insight
Music students, independent artists, songwriters, and producers want practical steps, not gatekeeping.
We led with a benefit-driven hook and simplified language throughout.
Strategy & Concept

- Message pillars: real sync opportunities, publishing made simple, how production music works, what rates really mean.
- Design system: bold headline lockup, legible info stack, QR RSVP, consistent badge row (Free Entry • Open to All Creatives • Limited Seats).
