illy South Africa is an e-commerce project that connects the storefront with the practical work of managing products, content and customer journeys.

### The creative direction

The direction treats commerce as both an editorial and operational problem: product information needs to be easy to browse, while the underlying system needs to remain workable as the catalogue changes.
