Expand Your Business

My White Label service helps advertising agency, marketing agencies, web agencies and digital agencies build custom WordPress websites, marketing strategies & custom designs for their clients. I create the designs, and I do the coding as their invisible back office.

An Outside Perspective

Are you looking for fresh ideas and concepts? Require the skills of professional creative with whom you can outsource selected projects? Or maybe someone who will work alongside your design team?

Getting Behind

Is your business growing faster than you can keep up? Is your backlog out past 30 days? Are you missing potential sales because of your backlog?

Can't Hire Full Time

Are you an agency who doesn’t quite trust the demand enough to hire but need to reduce your workload during this peak season?

Additional Revenue Streams

Are you an IT company or a marketing agency whose clients need websites, but you don’t want to add in-house development?

I offer wholesale graphic design, finished art print & web development service. Whether you are a freelancer or big agency, I have designed my service for you to markup my fees at the price you want.

I don’t get involved with your clients unless explicitly invited by you. You project manage the process and all work goes thru you for approval. You own all copyrights, files and anything else you give me.

A brief meeting or conversation via phone, Skype or email is all it typically takes to determine if we’re a good fit for each other.

We discuss your client’s requirements and the work involved.

I review your brief and give you a cost estimate, generally based on the estimated number of hours required to complete this project, and the estimated delivery date.

A deposit of 50% of the estimate is required to start the project. Upon completion of the project, you will be invoiced for the remaining unpaid hours. How you bill the client is entirely up to you.

Once you have approved the estimate, I receive images, content and deposit; I create a schedule. Projects typically start about 5 business days later and the default time frame is 3-6 weeks.

If you need the project completed sooner, than an additional fee may apply depending on the scope of work and the estimated number of hours required. I can put a rush on a project but it depends on how soon you need it and how big the project is. Each rush scenario is different so we can discuss this should the need arise.

Initial Development

For websites, I build your WordPress site on my development server using Divi as the framework.

Design work and concepts will be developed and created with Adobe Cloud software.

Once the first drafts or proofs have been completed you will be sent an email with a download link or attachment for you to review and advise on.

I receive your feedback and make revisions until your client is 100% satisfied with my results.

Final Step

For websites, the final step is to move the website to it’s final destination.

Design and production work will be packaged and collected for output so you will have the original artwork with all final elements and materials.

Once this has been completed I will invoice you for the balance of unpaid hours on this project.
